Every Child Ready for the World

MOE ExCEL Fest is a platform to showcase our staffs' efforts in Excelling through Continuous Enterprise and Learning (ExCEL).  The conference focuses on two key areas:  building the professional practice as a whole and developing our practitioners (our teachers) as learners as well as leaders. Opened to MOE staff, parents and the general public, MOE ExCEL Fest is expected to be attended by around 50,000 visitors, showcasing a total of 65 Classroom Sessions, 9 Seminar talks and 80 Exhibits by various schools.

The Conference seeks to inspire our teachers to engage in deep pedagogy and build their repertoire of pedagogical skills.  Teachers are also challenged to come forth as leaders to build the professional capacity of the teaching fraternity.  More importantly, the conference seeks to inspire teachers to feel a deep sense of pride in their work by taking ownership of their profession.  In short, the primary goal of the conference is a call to teach, a call to learn and a call to lead.
